About the Role

As a motivating and inspiring leader, you’ll ideally have a professional background in planning or housing. You’ll need to deliver excellent services that really improve lives. You will be expected to work positively with developers, partners, local communities and Members to ensure our planning and housing priorities are developed.

We’re currently working on a development plan with our South Worcestershire neighbours which will provide challenges and opportunities for residents and businesses. With our innovations in the New Homes Bonus and the opportunities of localism we need someone special to deliver all this and a lot more.
