Full Time 37 Hours per week
Salary £30,451 - £32,234

Shared Lives is part of Telford and Wrekin Councils My Options services which provide a wide range of person-centred support to vulnerable people of all ages and abilities, enabling people to maximise their independence, aspirations and community involvement. We are currently looking for an experienced manager with a proven track record in social care to become our new Shared Lives CQC Registered Manager.
As well as managing the team we are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of regulated care services and Shared Lives, who can promote and develop the service within Telford. The challenge of delivering and growing the My Options Shared Lives service, whilst incredibly exciting, will require not only commitment, dedication, creativity a strengths and asset based focus, but essentially the ability to ensure the delivery of a high quality regulated care and support service.
