It’s an exciting time to join us as this position will fulfil a key role within a new structure that embraces change whilst delivering compliant services. You will be part of a team delivering against the vision, values, aims and aspirations for housing across the Borough.

Reporting directly to the Mechanical and Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for managing all electrical operations to ensure the Council’s Housing Stock are compliant and safe in accordance with all Statutory Regulations and Best Practice.

You will play a major role in improving the homes and lives of our tenants – if you have the following attributes, we would like to hear from you:

• Proven experience of leading on electrical compliance
• Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and a commitment to demonstrating and promoting good practice
• Experience in electrical servicing, inspection and compliance, together with a proven track record of success in the management of electrical contracts and projects.
