Personal Assistant to Director(s), Ref: RT07921
Salary: G5 20,903 to £24,491, per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our team of PA’s in supporting our Directors. If you are you able to build working relationships with key stakeholders, have excellent organisational and communication skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative, we would like to hear from you.
Not only will you provide a comprehensive PA service to nominated Directors, you’ll also provide wider support to other Directors within the Council’s senior management teams.
This role supports a fast paced environment so it is essential that you have:
- experience of working in a PA role preferably within a public service environment and/or substantial experience of providing administrative support at Director level or above.
- excellent organisational and communication skills
- note taking experience
- proven experience in the use of IT applications
- the ability to work on your own initiative
