Level 3 Customer Services Apprentice

Full time -37 hours

Grade -  level 3

Salary - £17,620

City of Wolverhampton Council’s Customer Service centre provides access to a growing range of Council services for customers contacting the Council by telephone, e-mail and in person.



We are seeking people with that extra something who will deliver the very best service to the people of Wolverhampton.

You will have excellent communication skills, a demonstrable customer focus and a professional approach to resolving customer enquiries.  Proven customer service experience, preferably in a Contact Centre environment, is desirable, but attitude, commitment to quality, enthusiasm, an eye for detail and excellent customer skills are essential.  Telephony and IT skills will be tested in an assessment centre for short-listed candidates.

Successful candidates will be invited to attend for assessment and formal interview.
