Early Years Practitioner / Teaching Assistant - Reception
All Saints Bedworth C of E Academy is a one form entry Primary Academy over two sites at the heart of Bedworth. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented, caring and ambitious EYFS practitioner / Teaching Assistant to be part of our successful EYFS team. Our most recent Ofsted (Dec 2019) recognised our Early Years provision as 'Good', and it has continued to strengthen. Our vision is built around the phrase 'learning and growing together to be the best that we can be' and we have embedded a strong set of learning and Christian values, that we expect all members of our school community to promote and enhance through everything they do. We pride ourselves on supporting staff through CPD opportunities and helping to develop their potential through our Academy Improvement Plan. This role will mainly be working in our Reception class, with potentially some work within our Nursery setting, depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.

Uphold and develop the vision and ethos of our school
Be a good role model for pupils and colleagues, in and out of school
Hold a Level 2 qualification in supporting Teaching and Learning
Have GCSE pass/ equivalent in English and Maths
Have good knowledge and understanding of the Primary Curriculum and Early Years Curriculum
Have strong knowledge of safeguarding requirements
Have good verbal, listening and communication skills
Have good organisational skills with the ability to take direction but also work collaboratively as part of a team
