This position will fulfil a key role within a new structure that embraces change whilst delivering compliant services and a range of repairs and planned improvements to homes throughout the borough, ensuring that homes remain safe, and comfortable.You will be part of a team delivering against the vision, values, aims and aspirations for housing across the Borough.
Reporting to the Electrical Contracts Manager, the Electrical Supervisor will assist in the compliance and management of the Electrical Team, to include craft operatives and external contractors, to deliver a quality repairs and improvement service. To ensure the team meets its service standards and financial targets and to assist in achieving high level of customer satisfaction. Fulfilling the role of the Qualifying Supervisor for the team and to carry out required responsibilities and certification of related documentation. Responsible for undertaking onsite inspections to identify relevant works and top ensure these are to the correct standard, compliant and safe in accordance with all Statutory Regulations and Best Practice.
We are seeking a candidate that can evidence responsibility for delivering electrical compliance with demonstrable knowledge and experience in electrical servicing and inspection projects, together with a proven track record of success.
