Progress Coach Administrator

All year round post

Monday to Friday- 37 hours

A18-21 £17,252.16- £19,265.90

Located in West Coventry Hereward College specialises in offering further education to students with Special Educational Needs from all over the country, along with young people from the local area.

As a Progress Coach Administrator your main responsibilities will be to ensure the timely administration of the student timetables, arranging a schedule of Education, Health and Care Plan review meetings, to make any necessary changes to student registers and to create a schedule of appointments for the Prospects careers advisor.

We are looking for a highly organised individual who can manage their own time and prioritise their workload. You must have the ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels and have highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal).  Additionally, you will be able to work as part of a team as well as working independently using your initiative and discretion.  

It is essential that you have basic knowledge of general administrative procedures and good IT skills with competency in using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel spreadsheets, databases and emails. An experience of maintaining and updating a MIS system would be desirable.

Experience of working in a busy office environment is essential. You should have previous experience of resolving routine and basic queries and dealing with issues in a confidential manner. A Level 2 qualification (GCSE Grade A – C) or equivalent in English and Maths (or demonstration that you are operating at level 2 in both subjects).
