1 x Full Time (37 Hours) Permanent Post

1x Part Time (18.5 Hours) Permanent Post

City of Wolverhampton Council is looking for two exceptional candidates to fill the Councillor Enquiries Assistant posts.

This exciting opportunity requires you to support the Councillor Enquiries Manager with delivering excellent customer service and ensure that the service provided is of a consistently high standard.

You will need to provide a comprehensive, efficient, effective and responsive enquiry service to Councillors, ensuring excellent customer service in every interaction. Working within the team you will enhance and develop the provision of an efficient, integrated, single access point service (telephone, face to face, e-mail or other media).

As the Councillor Enquiries Assistant, you will need to take responsibility for the resolution of all appropriate Councillor enquiries in relation to Council services. Candidates will need a positive and professional response to Councillors over the telephone or by electronic means or face to face, with the aim of satisfying enquiries with a single contact.
