Hours: Zero Hour Contract, 52.14 weeks per year

We are looking to appoint a Community Duty Officer to provide on-site support, supervision and security at the academy. This is a casual role and is dependent on bookings for the new 3G pitch. The hours are likely to be:

  • Monday – 5.45pm until 9.30pm
  • Tuesday – 5.45pm until 9.15pm
  • Wednesday - 5.45pm until 9.15pm
  • Sunday - 5.15pm until 8.15pm

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good understanding and ability to use relevant equipment / technology
  • Ability to work constructively as part of a team
  • Ability to relate well to children and to adults 
  • A friendly yet professional and respectful approach which demonstrates support and shows mutual respect.
  • Committed to the needs of the pupils, parents and other stakeholders and to challenging barriers and blocks to providing an effective service.
  • To be physically fit to be able to move equipment

Tamworth Enterprise College based in Staffordshire, which is within easy commuting distance of Birmingham and Derby.
