Web Content Officer
It’s an Exciting time to join IT & Digital who are looking for a dynamic individual to support online service delivery for citizens on Birmingham.gov.uk, Birmingham Children’s trust and internal Birmingham City Council employees through the intranet.
The current vacancy is to strengthen the team in delivering a positive experience for citizens using the web, to ensure that the information, advice and transactional experience meets the citizens needs when using our digital services online. The role of the web content officer will be responsible for content writing, Accessibility, customer satisfaction, search, form development and quality of the website.
We are looking for an ambitious and hard-working individual to support and to help shape our online services through content.
- Are you passionate about citizen experience?
- Experience of working with citizens and services?
- Do you have web content writing and user journey experience for the web?
- Do you have Excellent communication skills with a “can-do” attitude
- An ability to work with a team & independently
