As part of the Transformation of Mental Health Social Care in Worcestershire we have an opportunity for a number of Social Care Worker roles within South Worcestershire.
We are looking for an enthusiastic people to join our team in the delivery of Adult Mental Health Social Care and Support in the South Worcestershire area.
We are an experienced and supportive team. We have very strong links with health colleagues, and we work closely with our statutory and voluntary sector colleagues.
The successful candidates will be supporting the team in providing social interventions that are based upon strength-based recovery practice and a social wellbeing approach that embraces social care, including safeguarding, the Care Act, Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act.
