Premises Officer (Casual)
The Assets team is looking to appoint Premises Officers to their Casual Register.
The work will include: -
Providing a broad customer service to staff and Councillors including when necessary, a security presence based at Elizabeth House.
Opening and closing our headquarter offices in Church Street, CV37 6HX.
You will be making the arrangements to bring in, organise and supervise contractors. You are expected to ensure health & safety requirements at work are met, and manage any relevant invoices, along with a host of other practical requirements common to busy public or commercial offices.
The successful applicant will also be required to deputise for the Premises & Safety Manager during times of absence or leave.
