Boney Hay Primary Academy - Teaching Assistant
The Local Academy Council of Boney Hay Primary Academy are looking to appoint a
Grade 3 SCP 3 £ £18,065-£18,426 annum (paid pro rata for hours worked)
25 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8:45 to 3pm)
This is a temporary post and is dependent on funding. The successful candidate would start as soon as possible and would be in post until the end of the Autumn Term, in the first instance.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person to provide support to a Year 4 Class. The successful candidate will primarily support pupils with Specific SEND Needs, working on a one to one/small group basis for the majority of the time.
You will play a key role in providing a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community. You will be child centred, hardworking, and flexible with high standards and a ‘can do’ attitude. You will provide structured support in accordance with specific work programmes designed and supervised by individual teachers and support the teacher in development and implementation of individual Education/Behaviour Plans.
We are a small academy with approx. 181 pupils. We also have site partners: a centre for adults with learning disabilities and a private nursery.
