Risk Assessment Officer
About us and the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Domestic Abuse Support team, to represent Warwickshire's Children's services at the Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC), and the Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA).
The role will predominantly require the post holder to closely liaise and support others assessing and supporting victim/survivors and those who have abused others.
The primary focus of the post holder will be to have regard for children, young people and their families within the MARAC and MAPPA process, ensuring that children’s experiences are listened to and understood.
The post holder will also contribute towards wider assessments and work within children and families. They will also manage a variety of families and provide direct work and reports with regards to the work completed.
