The HR Service provides support to approx. 4,300 employees located throughout Coventry which serves a diverse population of approx. 300,000.
At the centre of all we do is The People Plan, which details the contribution HR makes to the residents of Coventry, making it a great place to live and work.

In order to assist us with our ambitions we are now looking for an experienced and exceptional Workforce Diversity & Inclusion Lead with a track record of implementing Diversity & Inclusion activity across a large organisation or within a community setting.Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will work alongside the Head of People & Culture, our Senior Leadership Team, Cabinet Members and our employees to drive the change that is required.
This is an exciting time to be joining the Council and a high performing People & Culture Team.
