The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a cleaner.
This is a permanent position to join our dedicated and friendly team.
Salary: Band B scale point 6 – 8 (£3322 - £3429)
Hours: To work either 6.15 – 9.15am OR 3.30 - 6.30pm daily, (3 hrs per day) Mon - Fri term time only.
During school holidays: You are required to work 2 teacher days as well as 10 days throughout the school holidays. (dates to be agreed annually)
Total: 15 hrs per week
Start Date: as soon as possible
We are able to offer a morning or afternoon shift (or a combination of both as agreed with successful candidate).
The role:
You will be responsible for a wide range of cleaning duties and responsibilities, which include ensuring that areas of work allocated are cleaned to the required standard/specification.
Training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Requirements
To work as part of a team and under the supervision of the caretaker.
- Thoroughly cleaning areas to the required specification, as directed, using correct techniques and cleaning equipment.
- Observe the boundaries of the role, and respect confidential information.
- Be aware of child protection policies and report any incidents according to school procedures.
