Job Details
We are looking for an exceptional person to be the Council’s key contact for Homelessness Prevention and work specifically with individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The job role is to provide direct support to those who are homeless or at risk of being homeless, working with other agencies to end rough sleeping by increasing activity to prevent single homelessness and reduce family temporary accommodation numbers through maximizing homelessness prevention
To provide support to those placed in South Staffordshire under the UK Resettlement Scheme and to manage the responsibilities for victims of domestic abuse under the Safe Accommodation Duty
