If you are passionate, highly motivated and have experience in working with vulnerable children and young people, this is an opportunity that cannot be missed.

Worcestershire Children First are looking for Residential Support workers to join an exciting and dynamic team that’s main aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the four children and young people who live within the care home.

The management team within the home provide each worker with monthly supervisions, extra support if required and also aid the development and progress of each individual. This is to ensure the home is a safe and happy place to work while remaining a forward thinking and progressive home.
