Teaching Assistant Level 3 - St Luke's Catholic Primary School
NJC Scale 3 between £10.01 -£10.21 per hour
32.50 hours per week, term time only
08:30am – 03:30pm to include lunchtime cover

Our Governors are seeking to appoint a L3 Teaching Assistant in school for 32.50 hours per week, term time only.
Main responsibilities will include providing support with teaching and learning for a variety of pupils, small group interventions such as Speech and Language, occasional Cover Supervision class support and other day to day Teaching Assistant requirements.
We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate a strong commitment to progressing the learning outcomes for all our pupils, and who can show how they would deploy their existing skills to engage and support learners.
Working as a member of the support staff team, the post holder will also be responsible for assisting with the preparation of classroom resources and undertaking first aid duties(training will be provided) and attending continued professional development opportunities.
St Luke’s Catholic Primary School is a member of Our Blessed Saints Federation with Ss Peter and Paul Catholic Primary School, Newport. The partnership benefits from the sharing of experience and expertise across both schools.
