Teaching Assistant Grade 3

Catshill First School and Nursery is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to work in our school.  The post holder will be likely to work in Key Stage 2 in the first instance to support on a 1:1 basis.  The successful candidate will provide intimate care as appropriate and in line with the school’s intimate care policy including intermittent catheterisation during the school day for a female pupil (training will be provided). 

This is a fixed term contract for 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 TEDs, and will cease 31st August 2022.

The successful candidate will work alongside the staff to provide appropriate and stimulating provision with an understanding of the KS2 curriculum.  You will be expected to use your initiative and be highly self motivated.  Willingness to work in other Key Stages in the school is essential.
