Premises and Facilities Team Operative

Salary Band C; £20,493 - £23,080 dependent on experience

Central Schools Trust (CST) is looking to recruit a full time Premises and Facilities Team (PFT) Operative, responsible for carrying out a range of duties which contribute to the maintenance, repair, security and general upkeep of the academies within the trust. 

The PFT is based out of Balsall Common Primary School Academy, supporting that site and the site at Damson Wood Nursery and Infant School Academy.
This role would ideally suit an individual with experience of, and aptitude for, general DIY, general maintenance and repair, such as a knowledge of basic plumbing, basic painting, basic electrical work, grounds maintenance and basic carpentry.

Working hours;
37 hours per week, full time.
Monday–Thursday; 7.00am-3.00pm (half an hour lunch-break)
Friday; 7.00am-2.30pm (half an hour lunch-break)
Flexible working arrangements during school holidays with holidays taken partly during term time and partly during school holidays.
