Site Health And Safety Supervisor
15 HOURS PER WEEK (7.00AM-10.00AM – MONDAY- FRIDAY) – WHOLE YEAR
Grade 5 – Full time equivalent - £19698-£20,903. Actual salary: £9,190
IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED
Flash Ley Primary School are seeking to appoint a skilled and reliable Site Health and Safety Supervisor who will be willing to work within our happy and friendly school. The school prides itself on the quality of its premises and the successful candidate will assist in the achievement of this.
The position will be 5 mornings a week from 7.00am – 10.00am each day.
The applicant needs to have:
- a clean driving license
- Full awareness of health and safety requirements
- Good knowledge of building and grounds maintenance
- Ability to understand security and custodian duties around school
The applicant will be required to:
- work in a team and also on their own initiative
- carry out compliance checks as and when required
- open up the school and be prepared for emergency call-outs
- be trustworthy with regard to security of premises and property
- prepared to drive the school minibus
- be competent in maintenance and repair
