Working Hours: Part time (11.25 Hours per week - afternoons)
Salary: Teacher: £25,714- £36,961 (FTE)
Teaching Assistant: £18,562 - £18,933 (FTE)

We are looking to appoint a Reading Tutor to deliver reading and phonics interventions across Year 2 and Year 3.
The successful candidate will deliver 1:1 and small group intervention sessions for pupils, primarily in Read, Write INC; therefore recent experience using the Read Write INC programme is essential.
The school will consider either a teaching assistant £18,562 - £18,933 (FTE) or teacher £25,714- £36,961 (FTE) for this role you will require either NVQ Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) or hold QTS and have experience of working in a primary school.
The post holder will need to be able to work on their own initiative and under the direction of the RWI Lead.

Ridgeway is a successful 2 form entry primary school within the Burntwood Cooperative Learning Trust. We currently have 406 pupils on roll in the main school and a further 120 children accessing Nursery Education and full day care in our governor led Sunbeams Nursery and Sunny Days Nursery, which is open all year.
School received a ‘Good’ rating from OFSTED at our last inspection in November 2016 and we have continued to grow and develop since this time.
