As a result of a newly created post an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Emergency Social Work Team (EDT). We are looking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced social worker to join our core team.

As a service we operate outside office hours. We provide a range of social work responses to both Adults and Children across Shropshire during the evenings, weekends & Bank Holiday’s. A key function of the team is safeguarding in respect to both Adults and Children.

You will be part of a dedicated and experienced team of social workers & will receive an individualised and supportive induction period, regular supervision & professional development opportunities.
