We are seeking to appoint a great Site Manager to join our team and have a proactive role at St Nicholas CE Primary School in ensuring the school building, facilities and site services are maintained and operated to specific standards under the direction of the Head Teacher. We are a two form entry school on a spacious and attractive site in Kenilworth
You will be required to supervise cleaning staff, allocate and prioritise workloads and supervise development and training. You will also need to ensure that practices and procedures defined for the total security and safe use of school premises are complied with; ensure compliance; take a proactive role in identifying and implementing improvements to site security and premises maintenance; have a good knowledge of health & safety; to engage with and act on training.
A split shift is ideal for the role to ensure that the school is opened and locked daily, although we are open to discussion about this for a suitably experienced candidate. We ask for flexibility to meet the needs of the job for occasional late/early starts, always with plenty of notice.
