Front of House Manager

The Role

To be responsible for reception and central display areas ensuring that they reflect the visions and aims of the organisation. Ensure that all stakeholders and visitors are greeted appropriately in line with MAT policies including health & safety and safeguarding. To line manage the administration team and deal with all queries and the school website effectively.

Key Requirements

Experience of working effectively and efficiently within a team and a good understanding of general education, IT skills and administration processes. Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively is essential for this role.
