Educational Improvement Professional – Temporary Maternity Leave. Part -time – 0.6 Equivalent with a specialism in SEND/Vulnerable learners.

Soulbury pay scale  - Senior Education  Adviser  points 7 to 10 (plus up to 3 SPA points 11, 12, 13)

Salary FTE: £41,610 – £45, 414 (based on a 35hr position)

We are seeking to appoint a part time Educational Improvement Professional.  Prospective candidates will be experienced, skilled and committed to school improvement, with a particular specialism in SEND and vulnerable learners. This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave for the remainder of the academic year 21/22. We are open to a secondment arrangement, if preferred.  Individuals will have the ability to develop and deliver highly effective support to a range of education settings in order achieve better outcomes for children and young people within Worcestershire, as described in our Education and Skills Strategy.

In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to forge effective working relationships with the School Improvement Team, school leaders and teachers. As an Educational Improvement Professional, you will be providing advice, coaching support and CPD on all aspects of effective provision for vulnerable learners and will have experience of being an effective, qualified  SENCo.   You will have the opportunity to make a real difference, fulfilling our mission and vision and particularly championing the value of ‘good education for all children’.
