Caretaker

Scale 3, points 5-6 (£19,312 - £19,698 per annum)

Permanent - Full time (37 hours per week) - Full Year

To start 1^st November 2021

We require a well organised, proactive Caretaker to work over a four week shift pattern that includes some weekend work, to maintain a clean, attractive, secure and welcoming site for staff, students and visitors, through a process of routine or emergency maintenance of buildings, ground, fixtures and fittings.
