The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 11 primary schools, a Teaching School, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. A further secondary school and 2 primary schools have submitted applications to join ATLP during the next 12 months.
Slade Primary School are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of our hard working, forward thinking team. We are focused on ensuring that each child makes excellent progress in an environment where they feel loved and nurtured and their levels of well-being are high.
The successful candidate will:
- have a thorough working knowledge of the National Curriculum, demonstrating a strong pedagogical understanding of effective teaching approaches and assessment particularly in upper Key Stage 2 (Year 6)
- have experience of accelerating progress for pupils with proven impact o have excellent behavioural management skills
- be dedicated to ensuring that every child is happy and successful with their learning
- demonstrate the drive and ability to ensure the highest possible standards for all children in their care
- foster excellent working relationships with parents and carers
- support the vision and ethos of our school community
- be an excellent team player who communicates effectively with others in the team
