Social Care Facilitator
37.0 Hours per Week
We are hiring Social Care Facilitators; one part time (18.5 hours) and one full time, to join our All Age Disability Team.
You must be enthusiastic and passionate about changing the lives of adults with physical and learning disabilities through the promotion of well-being and choice, making a real difference and enabling them to increase their independence and have fulfilling lives, free from harm and abuse.
You will be joining Solihull at an exciting time as we adapt to the changing social care landscape, and embrace smarter ways of working. You will benefit from manageable caseloads, an inclusive and supportive team culture and great scope for professional development.
You will have:-
- A Level 3 qualification in Health or Social Care (or equivalent);
- Experience of working within a social care environment;
- Experience of delivering person centred working;
- Knowledge of adult safeguarding and relevant legislation.

Interviews will be held on Wednesday, 6 October 2021 and will take place using a secure video conferencing platform.
As part of this role, you will be working with vulnerable people and therefore you will need to be fully vaccinated against COVID (unless exempt). You will also be issued with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which must be worn when required.
