Early Years Practitioner

Kingsley Kingfishers Preschool are looking to recruit a hard working and outgoing new member of staff to join our fantastic team.   Initially it will be to cover maternity leave but may lead to a permanent hours.  We are a small voluntary run setting set in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands. We provide a stimulating environment for our Preschool sessions along with an enjoyable wraparound care for the children at the school, ensuring they are all safe and secure at all times.  The role involves caring for children aged between 2 and 11 years old and taking care of all their individual needs.

You must have a minimum of level 3 qualification in childcare or above and have knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, have good communication skills and must have experience of working in a nursery or childcare setting before.

We are looking for the right candidate to work 21 hours a week over the 3 days (Monday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 12:00pm to 6:00pm) and are willing to work additional hours where needed to help cover staff annual leave.
