We are looking for a motivated, passionate and results driven individual to join our Business Development Team. You will mainly support and on occasion lead the design and implementation of system enhancements that will improve the operational effectiveness of the council tax, business rates and housing benefit teams. You will have either an IT background or a good current working knowledge of the Northgate system, have a high sense of ownership and are highly adaptable to change.

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary:  Grade 7

Assist with the implementation, exploitation, development and testing of new and revised systems within Revenue & Benefit Services.

Assist the business with regard to the ICT aspects of new and routine projects.

Assist in the maintenance of relevant documentation (e.g. procedural, project/test plans, issue logs, workload management systems).
