The Role

22.5 Hours per Week

£11,391 to £12,088 p.a. for 22.5 hours a week over 41 weeks a year (£20,493 to 21,748 per annum pro-rata).

We are seeking a professional and efficient Administrator to join our busy Reception team.

Key Requirements

You will deal with the day to day queries from staff, students and parents, providing excellent customer service and, under the guidance from the Office Manager, you will support in providing high quality administration support for various departments across the school.

Additional Information & How to Apply

The role is being offered as a job share during term time, plus training days, and an additional 2 weeks during the school holidays.

The hours of work will be 8am until 4pm, Wednesday to Friday during term time.
