ICT Trainer

Salary:  £32,234 - ££36,922 per annum (pro rata)

 29 hrs 36  Hours per week – Permanent

The ICT Training team provides learning support to Staffordshire County Council and its partner organisations to assist their implementation of new and changing technologies. Alongside our standard portfolio, we are engaged in a number of key projects supporting the authority with its digital agenda and statutory obligations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of learning options in a variety of formats including e-learning, interactive webinars, and face-to-face training. They will also be responsible for the application of learning technologies to transfer skills, including the use of content authoring, e-assessment, and learning management systems.

Applicants should be an experienced IT Trainer with a proven track record in the field of adult learning. They should be able to adapt to the changing needs of the authority and its partners, and importantly have the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications themselves. Knowledge of CareDirector would be an advantage.

They should possess excellent inter-personal skills, and be highly motivated, adaptable individuals. They should also be able to find creative solutions to emerging challenges while meeting tight deadlines.
