Business Development & Marketing Manager( maternity cover)
We provide a high quality, community based service to people who have a sensory loss e.g. adults and young people aged 16+ who are Deaf, hearing impaired, sight impaired or severely sight impaired, deafblind or have acquired dual sensory loss.
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to manage our Business Development and Marketing team on a temporary maternity cover basis. To apply for this you will have a relevant marketing and/or leadership/management qualification and experience of managing marketing functions including website, social media and promoting and positioning an organisational brand. Ideally you will also have some experience of business development covering tenders, funding applications and wider fundraising functions.
You will be responsible for implementing our marketing strategy, in particular the development of a new organisational website in line with organisational branding and stakeholder needs, providing leadership and management to staff within the business development and marketing team structure, supporting and, where necessary, leading on tenders and funding applications.
