About Us and the Role

 

We’re looking for IT Support staff to join our award-winning, nationally recognised legal service.

You’ll deliver outstanding 1st line IT support and training to our legal staff for our case management system (Visualfiles) and associated applications.  You’ll need to be able to resolve problems quickly under pressure, collaborating with our friendly and supportive team of innovative legal professionals. You’ll also need to be willing to learn and adapt to the challenging, ever-changing public sector legal environment.

In terms of experience, you should have a good academic background and previous experience systems support and development.

If you share our ambitions for growth and excellence, we welcome you to join us.  And, as long as you can travel to Warwick 2-3 times a week, we’re also open to part-time and flexible working.
