Art, Design & Technology Technician
Grade 3 – (£8.74 - £9.01) per hour
22 hours per week, Term Time, Fixed Term 1 year
We are seeking to recruit a creative and motivated Art and Design Technology Technician for October start. The enthusiastic and reliable technician would work under the direction and instruction of senior staff to provide general technical support to the ADT faculty. Responsibilities will include supporting classroom teaching, administration, security, health and safety and the preparation of resources. Applicants should ideally have knowledge of CAD/CAM, tool and machine maintenance, be computer literate and be skilled in Art and Design Technology material preparation.
The hours are Monday: 12.00 - 4.00, Tue: 10.00 - 4.00, Wed: 11.00 - 3.00, Thursday: 9.30 - 1.30 and Friday: 10.00 to 2.00. This post is initially for one year and will be reviewed. There is some flexibility over these times should you be successful in your application.
