Victoria College is a 19-25 provision for students physical, and medical difficulties with a range of special needs including physical disabilities, sensory, complex health care needs, including profound and multiple learning difficulties.

Federated with Cherry Oak School and Victoria School, Victoria College provides students with an outstanding education in a caring environment.

We require an additional Teaching Assistant to support teaching staff in the development and education of students.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

• their knowledge, skills and experience of supporting students with special needs

• their knowledge and skills in maintaining a safe, happy and secure environment for students to thrive in

• the ability to consistently implement and develop support strategies for students

• the experience of assisting with the identification of progress in learners

• the passion and commitment to supporting young people with Complex and Profound Special Needs
