Starting Salary: up to £21,000
37 hours per week, all year round
25 days (rising to 30 after 5 years’ service) annual leave & bank holidays
Contract: 2 year modern apprenticeship with option to extend up to 4 years
Start date: 1st November (or as soon as possible after this date pending notice periods)
We are looking to recruit a self-organised and motivated individual to join our central team as a business administration and management apprentice. This new position is being introduced to develop an individual who is ambitious to follow a career pathway into operational business management. In this role you will be working alongside our highly skilled central team of business professionals who bring the skills needed to support all of our schools. You will learn about the administration of business practices that bring the highest level of efficiency possible for an organisation, these skills and competences will be transferable to roles within and outside education.

As a Business Professional apprentice you will have an integral role in assisting leaders in the central team and in schools to operate effectively and efficiently, supporting them in delivering high quality learning environments. You will be fully supported through your development and will be mentored through a modern apprenticeship. You will have the passion and desire to further develop your skills in business management and be a team player with leadership skills.
