D’Eyncourt Primary School is looking to appoint a proactive, inspiring and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant.  This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has the relevant qualifications.

We are looking for:

• an effective communicator
• the ability to develop an understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the children that you are supporting
• experience in regularly teaching a sequence of lessons to whole classes using a variety of teaching strategies
• the ability to promote high standards of behaviour and a good work ethos
• the ability to utilise a variety of teaching strategies to engage and support children in their learning
• the ability to relate exceptionally well with children and to go that extra mile to help them achieve
• the ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when faced with a variety of different situations
• enthusiasm and commitment to working as part of a team
• experience in how to observe and assess progression and attainment in order to give feedback to staff

Tours of the school are welcomed and will take place on Tuesday 5 October at 10am.
