An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit an Administrative Assistant to play a key role within our new school, Lea Hall Academy opening September 2021.
Lea Hall is part of Forward Education Trust, a rapidly growing Multi Academy Trust established in 2017 serving special schools across the West Midland area.
The successful candidate will be professional, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. They will be able to multitask and deal accurately with the varied workload. They will have strong ICT, literacy and communication skills.
The successful candidate will support the Senior School Administrator in being responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative service to the new school. Responsibilities will include:
• providing receptionist support to the school and being the first contact in receiving visitors, staff and pupils to the school
• providing administrative support to the school Head Teacher, Senior Management Team and Teachers as and when required, as appropriate
• providing support to the school’s administrative function
• providing pupil and staff attendance support to the school
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
