The Role

Paddox Primary School is a three form entry primary in Rugby looking to recruit our next Deputy Head, following the successful appointment of our current Deputy Head to Headship at another school. We currently have 622 on roll, which includes 6 in Brambles our SEMH Resource Provision.

Paddox Primary School was judged by Ofsted at its last inspection in 2017 as being good in every category.

Key Requirements

We require an experienced and suitably qualified Deputy Headeacher who is:
•Qualified Teacher Status
•First Degree or Equivalent
•Substantial primary teaching experience
•Experience of whole-school curriculum management leading to school improvement
•Outstanding classroom practitioner
•Senior Leadership and management experience
•Sound knowledge and understanding of a large primary school
•Committed to excellence
•Approachable, works well as part of a team
•Flexible
•Good Sense of humour
