Class Teacher Maternity Cover Contract: Maternity Cover (Lower Key Stage 2) Salary: M1-M6 dependent on experience  (Please note this role is not suitable for Early Years Careers Teachers/ NQTs) Working pattern: Full time or Part Time 2 ½ days (Mon, Tues and Weds AM) or 3 days (Mon, Tues, Weds)  Starting: 1st November (or sooner if possible) Closing date for applications: 27th September 2021 at 9am   Valley Primary School is a happy, vibrant school. Initially, we are seeking to appoint a KS1 or KS2 teacher on a temporary 12 months fixed term contract, with a possibility of this being extended. The successful candidate will be a dedicated professional with the ability to inspire children and be a team player.  The successful candidate will need to offer good practice in teaching and learning at KS1 or KS2 level and be able to contribute to curriculum development. The ability to work as part of a team and effective communication skills with children, colleagues and parents is important. We also hope the candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and caring. We offer full support and an induction programme for all new staff, and a commitment to continued professional development.
