The Role
The Nethersole CE Academy, part of the Birmingham Diocese Multi-Academy Trust (BDMAT) is seeking to appoint a full time teacher to cover maternity leave. We are looking for a dynamic teacher to join our happy and committed key stage 1 team.
The Nethersole Church of England Academy became a member of the Birmingham Diocesan Multi-Academies Trust (BDMAT) on 1st September 2017. BDMAT is a multi-academy trust comprising of Church of England schools affiliated to the Birmingham Diocese.
In addition to working with other primary schools in Birmingham as part of our MAT, we also work with other local schools, which is a great benefit to us.
We pride ourselves in our welcoming atmosphere and Christian distinctiveness, during our SIAMS inspection, in 2016, our school was rated ‘good’. Our dedicated staff work hard to provide a high quality learning experience for all our children. In March 2015 the academy was inspected by Ofsted and we were judged to be 'good' in all areas, this has been maintained in a recent Ofsted, February 2019.

The successful candidate will be a teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning, who can demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
