Catering Development Manager
Warwickshire County Caterers specialise in providing a catering service to schools. The service is committed to delivering a high quality service to all its customers in a high paced environment. Working in a team of dedicated professionals the role is key to the further growth and development of the service.
The role will focus on the development of the food and meals we serve to our customers in Nursery, Primary, Special Education Needs, Secondary Schools and Sixth Form Colleges. Responsible for driving innovation in our menus, being able to develop special diets for customers with complicated allergies this role would suit someone with; an eye for detail, experience of working within a multi-site business, an awareness of current food trends, legislation and guidance.
37.0 Hours per Week
We are looking for someone who will have a qualification in Catering or Hospitality and a proven track record of developing and costing recipes and menus ideally in the education catering sector.
