We are looking to recruit a Lead for Youth Offending to provide leadership and operational management to the Youth Offending Service in Dudley. This role will ensure that policies, procedures, systems and resources are managed to ensure that Dudley achieve their local and national objectives. Key to this role is the prevention of offending and reoffending whilst safeguarding offenders and their victims. The successful applicant will lead on service improvement, performance management and will ensure that all directorate and national objectives are met within the required timescales and to the best possible standard.

The role of Lead for Youth Offending Services sits within Integrated Youth Support, Family Solutions. Within the role you will be responsible for day-to-day operational management and the development and delivery of Youth Justice Services throughout Dudley. You must have previous experience of working within a youth/criminal justice setting and experience of working at an operational management level.
