The Role
To take responsibility for leading and managing cleaning, caretaking and monitoring services to all buildings and grounds forming the school site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all users.
Key Requirements
Able to operate cleaning equipment, machinery and tools and undertake basic maintenance tasks.
Highly motivated with a "can do" attitude, have an understanding of H&S at Work and COSHH guidelines.
Maintenance skills e.g. plumbing/minor electrical/glazing/woodwork to make safe
