Senior Social Worker Adult Safeguarding (MASH)
This role is based in the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub for Adults (Adult MASH)
You will be required to work within the MASH team which receives adult safeguarding concerns, to be involved in assessing risk and ensure individuals are safe from immediate harm. To determine priority and level of response to safeguarding concerns though discussions and information gathering from partner agencies. To undertake urgent safeguarding enquiries where required.
To make suggestions as to whether concerns need to be considered under the adult safeguarding procedures and to make recommendations as to future planning
We are looking for someone who can work well in our friendly and supportive team and who can manage and prioritise a high volume of referrals.
The role is a 'hybrid' role with some home working and some office working.
We have vacancies for one full time position and one part time or a combination of hours.
You will require a social work qualification and previous experience in working within adult safeguarding.
