As a result we will require that one of the references comes from the authority in which you were a care leaver.
We are a team of personal advisors who work with young people who are care leavers and are aged between 18 to 21(25). The purpose of the team is to advice, support and guide young people, in a range of areas, as they start to engage fully with life outside the care system.

The Assistant PA will also be encouraged to complete their NVQ Level 3 and we will support the progression of the Assistant Personal Advisor and use the agencies and contacts we have to ensure the Assistant Personal Advisor has access to progression opportunities.
